JRC draws on benchmarks established by Charity Navigator, the nation’s largest and most utilized evaluator of a charity’s financial health. This evaluation process includes an unbiased, objective, numbers-based rating system to assess how responsibly the charity functions day to day as well as how well positioned it is to sustain its programs over time.
