Our Board of Directors sets the JRC mission and overall strategy, monitors organizational performance and holds management accountable, selects, evaluates and supports the executive director, develops organizational resources, and advocates and builds support for JRC throughout the community. They are committed to the integrity of our work and hold the organization to high quality standards of performance and accountability.

    Ron Macala was surprised with a dedication of the JRC Executive Conference Room in his name prior to the JRC Board of Directors Meeting. Ron has dedicated himself to JRC for over 25 years. Doug Van Nostran, another long time JRC board member and past officer made the presentation .
