Healthy Habits for a Lifetime Program at the JRC Learning Center has had such an affect with all ages of preschoolers.

Allison Biss, the mother of 20 month old Princeton at the center is pleased that he enjoys his fruits and vegetables.  His face lights up when offered an apple.  He is beginning to talk and one of his first words is “Banana,” which he repeats when he sees one.  She stated that she is happy that he enjoys his fruit for snack as it is so much better than cookies
